Jake Carlson — Founder, President & CEO

Mr. Carlson is a jack of all trades, highly capable in design as well as web programming technologies. His expertise has both breadth and depth in creative and technical aspects of the business, making him the ideal candidate to oversee projects from inception to completion. Jake was born in the United States but grew up in the People's Republic of China. He attended Texas State University where he majored in Communication Design, a reknowned multimedia-centered graphic design program. His experiences enable him to blend Western and Eastern design aesthetics and allow him to better understand cultural barriers to web usability.

Kyla McIntosh — Business Administrator

Ms. McIntosh oversees the company's financial, human resources, and office management concerns. She joined Dragon Eye Design in 2000 and has been an indispensible part of our team. Organized and reliable, she helps the business run smoothly. Kyla is well-traveled and competent in numerous business roles.
